Private minibus travel in Bangkok
Minibuses suit family groups, small tour parties, production crews, business teams and airport transfers where a car or MPV is too small but a full coach is unnecessary. They are also useful for pickups at hotels or streets where access can be easier with a smaller vehicle.
Our fleet structure includes 9–16 passenger minibuses and 17–24 passenger mini coaches. The correct choice depends on seating, luggage volume, trip length and comfort expectations.
Airport transfers for small groups
For airport work, luggage can be the deciding factor. A group of twelve people with twelve large suitcases may need more space than a short local movement with twelve passengers carrying hand luggage only. Include bag numbers in the enquiry to avoid under-sizing the vehicle.
Meetings at Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang can be planned around the arrival details supplied. For departures, Bangkok traffic needs to be factored into the pickup time, especially at peak periods.
Day tours and private itineraries
A minibus can stay with the group while you visit Bangkok attractions, restaurants, shopping areas and cultural sites. It can also be used for day trips to Ayutthaya, Pattaya, floating markets and other destinations outside the city.
A sensible itinerary allows time for loading, traffic, parking and walking between vehicle drop-off points and attraction entrances. Not every landmark has coach parking directly beside the entrance, so group leaders should expect some short walks.
Business and event minibus hire
Business groups often use minibuses for hotel-to-office transfers, exhibition movements, dinner transfers and executive team travel. Several minibuses can be used together when different departments or arrival times need separate movements.
For events, send venue names and exact start times. We can then work backwards to establish practical pickup windows rather than relying only on map driving times.
